A Guy's Guide To Life: How to become a man in 224 pages or less by Jason Boyett
This is a book written for early teenage and teenage boys. It is a fabulous book for Christian young men to read. I am going to keep this book on my shelf for my son to read when he becomes of age.Jason Boyett does a great job of engaging the reader in this book. There are informative chapters of all types for young men to read. From sexual issues that are quite embarrassing to ask others questions about, to how to treat a woman (which in my opinion is one of the best chapters in this book!), to your spirituality and Jesus Christ being your Savior. He uses language that a young man will understand and relate to. I even learned how to tie a tie!
I would highly recommend this book to any mother of young boys and to young boys themselves. It is not going to teach your son everything he needs to know, but it sure does give him a basic understanding of many things that he will encounter in his teen and even adult years. This would also be a handy book for some dads and husbands to read with their sons!
